Course: Level 1 DUI 12 Hours

To be completed within 21 days of registration

ABC Drive Safe is licensed by the Nevada DMV and meets the R084-22 standards (evidence-based, supervised, timed hours). Our courses are centered around Prime For Life®, an evidence-based motivational prevention, intervention and pre-treatment program specifically designed for people who might be making high-risk choices. This includes but is not limited to impaired driving offenders, college students, and young people charged with alcohol and/or drug offenses. It is designed to change drinking and drug use behaviors by changing beliefs, attitudes, risk perceptions, motivations, and the knowledge of how to reduce their risk of alcohol and drug related problems throughout their lives

We are pleased to introduce a new 12-hour DUI Level 1 education program that fully complies with Nevada’s legal requirements under NRS 484C.400. This course is structured specifically to meet state standards for first-time DUI offenders and is designed to support both accountability and rehabilitation through a streamlined and accessible learning experience. This Level 1 course meets all required criteria for Nevada-approved DUI education providers, including:

✅ Instruction delivered across three (3) structured sessions of 4 hours each, completed within 21 days
✅ An evidence-based curriculum focused on risk reduction, behavior change, and responsible decision-making
✅ Built-in flexibility allowing for approved make-up options when necessary
✅ Integrated with a free Victim Impact Panel (VIP) to reinforce real-world consequences and support court compliance

By aligning with Nevada state guidelines and pairing educational content with impactful real-life perspectives, this program ensures participants meet court-mandated requirements while receiving meaningful, practical instruction intended to prevent future offenses. Our class is divided into four sessions of three-hour each, offered on Wednesdays (3-6) and Sundays (10-1). All times are Pacific Standard Time. Rescheduling is possible for people taking the Wednesday class only. You must attend all 4 sessions, and may not be absent from the session for more than 5 minutes at any time during the session. Once all four sessions are completed, pass the final exam and you will receive a certificate of completion in your email to send to the court or your attorney.
